In my humble opinion, for an artist who is used to drawing comic style, I commend you on your realistic rendering. Well, sorta realistic rendering, but tis good.

I would lose the blurred feathers in the backgroudn though. It seems to detract from the piece as a whole since you already have the white text and your logo on the left side of the work. A pure black background on that side would bring out the text and Elle better.

Also, a tip on anatomy, again I know you weren't going for PURE realism (obviously the anime eyes, which you did beautifully by the way), for someone like Elle who looks pretty young, her nose is a tad too long on her face. The bottom of a person's nose lines up with the bottom of their ears, and even if you're distorting them in comics or charicatures, keeping that rule in mind would make your drawings look believable as human, regardless of how much you push a drawing.

And her lips as a whole seem to be leaning a bit too far to the right of her face.

But that's it. Overall I like the layout. I just nitpick at things I like.
